An EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY has arisen for ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING & SALES PROFESSIONALS to join an established network of an INDUSTRY LEADING MARKETING COMPANY in Santa Ana. Despite COVID-19 we are proud to be representing our NON-PROFIT CLIENTS.

We are hiring a MOTIVATED, HARD-WORKING ENTRY LEVEL ASSOCIATE. In this position, you'll introduce solutions to new and existing clients, experience exceptional sales and marketing training and be rewarded with advancement opportunities, industry-leading compensation, and awards such as bonuses, incentives, and trips.

If you have worked and or have sales experience in the retail or any customer service driven sectors this is a bonus, but not essential.

THE ROLE OF A MARKETING ASSOCIATE

• Present to customers
• Generating interest from decision makers regarding the client services and products
• Implement sales/marketing strategies
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers
• Achieving targets both individually and as part of a team

ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Target driven with a consultative sales approach
• Strong communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable engaging with customers and building relationships
• Ability to represent effectively as an individual but also be part of a team
• Must be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient character
• Coachable Mentality
