    TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Are you an experienced professional who has a creative eye, excellent technical skills, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment? If so, Masters Gallery Foods is looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Training Program Coordinator.

    As the Training Program Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the development of training materials such as work instructions, training videos, creating course content for in-classroom learning, adapting created content to match Masters Gallery Foods employee needs, and track training progress through the Learning Management System. This position will report to the Training Program Manager.

    WHAT YOU CAN OFFER

    • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in training content development preferred.
    • One to three years of experience working in a manufacturing setting preferably in a leadership, coaching, or training role.
    • Must have excellent technical skills.
    • Understanding/knowledge of high-speed packaging and production labeling equipment and various interrelated job functions.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work effectively with image and video editing software, including but not limited to Adobe products.
    • Knowledge of technical writing for documentation of processes and standard work.
    • In-depth knowledge of cross-departmental job functions and processes within a manufacturing company included but not limited to Production, Sanitation, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from end-users.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including well-developed listening and coaching skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • A proactive approach to training and development needs.
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn new programs, applications, and processes essential for training or providing other assistance.
    • Ability to be flexible and work across a three-shift operation.
