Front Desk/Office Administrator
Masters Petersen's Flooring & Design is seeking a Front Desk/Office Administrator who is a quick learner, excels at working in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a strong desire to work as part of an amazing team, while able to work equally as well independently. This position requires a self-motivated and highly organized individual as you will be tasked with supporting multiple departments.

Salary Range: $32,240 to $38,480
Key Roles
Office Organization, cleanliness, and preparedness.
Create positive first impression that conveys the priority we place on our clients, greeting callers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintains office inventory and order supplies as needed
Assists Operations Team in ensuring procedures for tracking, receiving, handling, processing, and distribution of material and equipment are followed.
Assists Sales Team with project management support, as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 software to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Planner
Must possess time management and organizational skills and able to make on-the spot changes, as project dictates and scheduling conflicts arise
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Highly dependable and responsible
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a Front Desk/Office Administrator or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and appearance
Must have a valid Driver's License
