    Job Description

    We are searching for a full-time Business Development Sales Manager to cover our Buffalo, MN market and surrounding area This position works directly for our company and focuses on new business development. Some of the responsibilities include building new business and new relationships through telemarketing, emailing, outside sales, in-person presentations, territory management and closing new business.

    Masterson Staffing is a staffing company that has been in business since 1968. We have 40 offices across 5 states. We offer a competitive base salary plus residual and unlimited commission compensation plan, mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, cell phone and full benefits.

    This is a Monday-Friday position working 7:30am-5:30pm.
