    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and passionate Financial Content Writer to join our product marketing team. In this role, your primary focus will be on creating captivating and persuasive copy for targeted email campaigns that educate and engage our audience of investors in the art market. You will play a vital role in showcasing the value and benefits of investing in art through our platform, highlighting our current offerings and investment opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
    • Ideate and generate compelling copy for targeted email campaigns, blog posts, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
    • Conduct research to gather relevant information about the art market, investment trends, and notable artworks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Masterworks' platform, products, and investment offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential investors.
    • Write in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner that resonates with the intended audience, conveying complex art investment concepts in an accessible manner.
    • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure the visual and textual elements of the content work seamlessly together.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in the finance/investment sector.
    • Strong understanding of financial concepts.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
    • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools is a plus.

    • Manage a content calendar of 5+ targeted emails per day

    How does Masterworks think about compensation?

    The compensation range for the role is $70-90k (inclusive only of base salary, and exclusive of other potential competitive benefits such as on-target commission, bonus payments, and equity). Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
