POSITION OVERVIEW:

Are you a recent grad who is passionate about Masterworks and our mission to make the art market investable for any investor? Ready to help build Masterworks for scale? Masterworks is looking for highly motivated, intelligent, resourceful recent grads to join our growing Finance and Investment Operations team. The role will support leadership in a range of tactical and long-term projects to help position our business for scale - including organizational, workflow, data, modeling and presentation projects. The positions will be overseen by our CFO and will work closely across group leadership.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• You are a recent graduate with an academic and/or professional experience in finance, economics, business, operations or similar fields
• You love project-based work. You know how to ask questions. You are resourceful
• You cannot stand disorganization
• Spreadsheets are your superpower. Sloppy spreadsheets drive you insane
• You've used Airtable, Smartsheet, Access or similar databases
• You have superb verbal and written communication skills. You have strong opinions about punctuation
• You have impeccable attention to detail
• You are an intellectually curious self-starter who needs to know how things work

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly pay (commensurate with experience)

• Must be able to work in the office in the NYC area
