Responsibilities: • Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met. • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties that align with clients' requirements. • Guide clients through the entire real estate process, including property showings, negotiations, and closing procedures. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budgets, providing them with a personalized and exceptional experience. • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and industry best practices. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth and successful transactions. • Utilize technology-driven tools and platforms to enhance productivity and deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients. • Perform comparative market analysis to determine property values and develop effective pricing strategies. • Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts to expand the client base. Qualifications: • Valid real estate license in the state of Texas. • Demonstrated success as a Realtor/Real Estate Agent or a similar role. • Impressive sales, negotiation, and interpersonal competencies. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Comprehensive understanding of local real estate markets, trends, and property laws. • Ability to operate independently and efficiently manage a personal client portfolio. • Computer literate and experienced with real estate databases and CRM software. Compensation: $80,000 at plan commission
