As an ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE, you are responsible for growing our client base with eyecare professionals throughout Indiana (Ophthalmologist, Optometrist, Opticians). You are committed to winning and taking advantage of the untapped customer base that could benefit from our portfolio of 8 brands. Individuals should have a strong work ethic with the ability to build strong relationships to earn a solid six figure income. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·       Build, lead and grow your own book of business, selling to our account base from A to C Level Accounts.

·       Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients, achieving or exceeding individual goals

·       Prospect for new opportunities.

·       Foster positive relationships within the Optical Industry, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue.

·       Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.

WHAT YOU HAVE

·       Passion and commitment to earn a six-figure Income – let’s start there!

·       Relevant skills or equivalent experience.

·       Effective presentation and communication skills for both cold calling and growing an existing account.

·       Understanding of the sales cycle – ability to overcome objections.

·       Self-motivated, strong time management skills for effective planning and preparation.

·       Availability for 30% overnight Travel

·       Competitive spirit to meet sales goals and be a top performer.

·       MS Office proficiency.

·       Must work well in a team selling environment.
