Ringconnex™ is hiring VIRTUAL Full and Part-Time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES / ANSWERING SERVICE AGENTS to staff our Call Center. We are seeking both English-speaking and BILINGUAL Spanish-speaking representatives. SHIFTS/DAYS/HOURS · We are OPEN 24/7 year-round and various shifts are available JOB DESCRIPTION/DETAILS · Answering inbound phone calls from patients, doctors, and healthcare staff, determining the emergent need of their request and messaging or connecting them with appropriate "on-call" providers · Previous customer service or contact center/answering service experience - 1 year (minimum) · Customer Service-driven · Solid data entry skills - Type 30+ wpm · Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner · Positive attitude · Professional phone etiquette · Exceptional attendance · MUST be able to work flexible hours, which include days, nights, holidays & weekends QUALIFICATIONS · High school diploma or equivalent · Advanced bilingual skills a definite plus · Ability to follow instructions for client satisfaction · Collecting caller information for message ticket · Dispatching / Processing of message tickets · Confirm and/or escalate messages to a higher level · Provide support for your team · Maintain a positive attitude at all times · Exceed caller and client expectations · Be Dependable · Possess a clear speaking voice · Excellent verbal communication skills · A drive to provide good customer service and excel in your work · Attendance is a high priority ABOUT RINGCONNEX Ringconnex™ offers inbound connection center services.
