Director, FP&A

Full Time/Direct Hire

San Francisco Bay Area

Supporting multiple areas and teams within the organization you will forecast and drive the budget process for manufacturing, clinical operations and project management. A highly influential and strategic leader with excellent communication skills is needed to partner and work with cross-functional teams.

Required:

· 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance

· 5+ years experience within the biotech/pharma/life sciences/medical device

· Experienced in bringing assets to late stage up to commercialization

· Ability to communicate effectively to upper management

· Ability to effectively create relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization

· A motivated and analytical individual who is experienced in creating and leading analysis and explaining risks and its ramifications

· A self-starter and divergent thinker who is able to think outside the box while under pressure

· Experienced with a publicly traded company who seeks challenges and opportunities in joining a smaller company

Educational Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s degree in either finance or accounting
