    WE are an established, Northern California state-licensed cannabis manufacturer, focused on the health and wellness market, supplying licensed cannabis dispensaries and delivery services (http://www.cbdalive.org). Our high quality product line has little or no psychoactivity, it is formulated for health benefits, not recreational use. CBD medicine is one of the fastest growing sectors in the health and wellness industry today.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop relationships with existing and new Dispensary Partners and close sales.
    • Report on Dispensary Partner trends, market trends and competition.
    • Act as the company’s brand ambassador, conducting specific educational, training to promote brand awareness.
    • Suggest and assist in elevating sales for Dispensary Partners, consistent with company best practices.
    • Regularly brainstorm sales issues and ideas to assist in accountability for goals.
    • Keep accurate Dispensary Partner notes in the company contact database/CRM system.
    • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
    • Follow all state, local, and company rules and ensure conformance to all laws.
    • Ensure that administrative procedures are continually practiced, including sales placement, plus follow through.
    • Participate in regular weekly calls to report on new prospects, current accounts, and competition.

    SKILLS:

    • Computer proficiency with MS Office suite, and ecommerce platforms.
    • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills. Ability to communicate effectively in high pressure environment while adapting to constant change.
    • Open-Minded & Understanding. Able to empathize with cannabis patients and customers.
    • Highly Organized with attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate records for 20-40 accounts

    EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

    • You must currently live in the greater Los Angeles area, ideally in North LA.
    • 2+ years in consumables sales.
    • 2+ years in the Cannabis Industry preferred, not required.
    • Understanding and passion for CBD products ideal, but not required.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ecommerce software.
    • Have a reliable vehicle and modern smartphone.
    • Must be able to work legally in the US.
    • Over 21 years of age.

    JOB TYPE:

    • Independent Contractor (1099)

    COMPENSATION:

    • Commission, Bonus Structure, Expenses

    EDUCATION:

    • Post-Secondary education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
