Job Description

We are looking for a part-time CPA for tax preparation, our busy season is Jan 1 to October 15th, and we remain busy with special projects the rest of the year. This position is temp to perm employee.

• Public accounting experience is mandatory, resumes without it will not be considered. The public experience must be recent, at least 3 out of the last 4 years must have been spent in public accounting. Must be proficient with S corporations and individuals.

• Drake Tax Software knowledge mandatory or candidate must learn Drake prior to start date with us.

• Paperwork environment experience is mandatory.

• Must have a computer less than 4 years old and fast, reliable internet, and basic computer skills and be able to problem solve independently.

• QuickBooks experience online and Desktop is a plus.

• We will need a picture and 1 paragraph bio for our website so our clients know who they're speaking to

The position is 100% remote work, from anywhere in the U.S., no foreign locations accepted. CPAs in other states will be considered for the position as long as they are licensed and in good standing in the state they reside in.

MANDATORY: CPA, SPEAKS ENGLISH, AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US, PRESENT IN THE US, HAS BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS.
