Job Summary:

• Serve as a key materials resource throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.
• Receive, inspect, and inventory all incoming shipments accurately.
• Verify that MRP part numbers match manufacturing part numbers before acceptance.
• Record and enter all part data into the MRP system for tracking and accuracy.
• Use counting equipment (reel counters, scales) to confirm part quantities.
• Identify and reject damaged or incorrect materials following non-conformance procedures.
• Package and label finished products for shipment per documented requirements.
• File and organize shipping-related documents such as travelers and packing slips.
• Meet qualifications: high school diploma/GED and preferably two years of material handling experience (training available).
• Perform work involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
