Material Handler | First Shift | Harrison, OH

We are currently hiring for a First Shift Material Handler position with a well-established sump pump manufacturing company in Harrison, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse and forklift experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position with a growing company.

Responsibilities :

• Operate forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Perform material handling, put-aways, and order picking

• Supply production lines with needed parts and components

• Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures

• Keep work area clean and follow all safety guidelines

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements :

• Previous forklift experience required

• Must be able to pass an online safety / warehouse assessment

• Prior material handling or warehouse experience preferred

• Must provide clean drug screen and be able to pass a background check

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable attendance and good work ethic

Schedule :

Mon-Fri, Schedule varies based on production needs. Normal 8am-4:30pm, could work 6am-4:30pm ****

Pay:

$17/hr paid weekly
