    Shift : Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    $17-20/hr paid weekly

    Weekend work as needed

    Forklift experience required

    Job Summary

    The Material Handler is responsible for supporting internal and external customers through the accurate receiving, stocking, delivery, and shipment of materials. This role requires proficiency with material support equipment and the performance of all material support functions (including receiving, running lines, and shipping) within an assigned operations facility.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Note: Duties listed are not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.

    • Efficiently locate and pull materials/supplies as listed on production or sales orders; stock assigned production areas to maintain inventory.
    • Accurately verify parts and quantities and complete Bills of Lading (BOLs) for receiving or shipping materials.
    • Operate all material handling equipment (such as stand-up, sit-down, combi, lancer, tugger) as required by the facility.
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and proper 6S standards.
    • Use best practices to safely operate various material support equipment.
    • Follow all safe procedures and practices relevant to your job function.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Previous experience directly working with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.).
    • Exposure to inventory management in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Ability to become certified to operate a forklift/tugger safely and efficiently.
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing processes and environments.
    • Experience with warehouse technology or electronics.
    • Experience with ship confirming processes.
