Job Summary

ATIX Staffing is looking to hire a 2nd shift Material Handler/ Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will transport plastic containers and materials throughout the facility. This position requires a dedication to safety and careful driving practices.

Responsibilities

Move materials to and from machines

Assist in Set-up work areas with equipment

Properly Store Materials Inside and Outside

Follow Procedures and Protocol for Outside and Inside Storage

Assist and maintain production reports and documents; ISO9001:2015

Material handling including removal of finished goods and work in process from Machines

Assist in the training of new employees.

Break relieve machine as required

Daily PIT Safety Inspection

Perform all other projects or tasks as assigned by the shift leader

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Forklift Operator is preferred

Must be fluid speaking English / Spanish

Valid forklift certification

High school diploma/GED

Prior Injection Molding experience is preferred.

Must be able to roll 450 pounds.

To qualify, you must be able to work at a pace relative to the machine cycle.

The schedule is Monday - Friday from 3:00-11:00 PM, this is a temp-to-hire position and the pay rate starts at $18.00 / hour
