Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team in Kansas City, MO. This position involves unloading trailers, material handling, and order picking in a warehouse environment.

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required — the company is willing to train motivated candidates on forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trailers safely and efficiently
• Pick and stage orders accurately
• Move materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Operate forklift equipment once trained/certified

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
