    Position Overview

    US Modules is seeking a Production Material Handlerto support manufacturing operations at its solar module production facility inCollege Station, TX. This role is responsible for receiving, staging,transporting, and supplying materials to production lines to ensureuninterrupted and efficient manufacturing operations. The position plays acritical role in safety, inventory accuracy, and production flow, consistentwith practices used by top-tier solar manufacturers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Material Handling &Production Support

    • Move raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), andfinished goods to and from production lines.
    • Stage materials according to production schedulesand work instructions.
    • Ensure production lines are supplied with thecorrect materials at the right time.
    • Remove scrap, waste, and empty containers fromproduction areas.
    • Support line changeovers and production ramp-ups.

    Inventory &Documentation

    • Accurately track materials using inventorysystems and production logs.
    • Perform material transactions (receipts, issues,transfers) as required.
    • Conduct cycle counts and assist withphysical inventories.
    • Identify and report material shortages,damages, or discrepancies.

    Equipment & Safety

    • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks,carts, and other material handling equipment.
    • Follow all OSHA, site safety, and materialhandling procedures.
    • Maintain clean and organized storageand staging areas (5S).
    • Report safety hazards, near misses, and equipmentissues promptly.

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing,warehouse, or material handling preferred.
    • Ability to safely operate materialhandling equipment (forklift certification preferred).
    • Basic computer skills for inventory andproduction tracking.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in solar module, electronics, orautomated manufacturing environments.
    • Familiarity with ERP or inventory managementsystems.
    • Understanding of lean manufacturing and5S concepts.
    • Experience supporting high-volume production lines.

    Physical & WorkEnvironment Requirements

    This role requires working on the manufacturing floorand in warehouse areas. The position involves standing and walking for extendedperiods, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts, and workingaround automated equipment. PPE is required at all times. Shift work,overtime, and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

    Work Schedule

    Full-time. 12-hour shifts available for both day shiftand night shift. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
