JOB DESCRIPTION

Material Handling Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of digital and IT-related tasks, ensuring our online presence and internal processes are seamless and efficient, reporting to the Vice president of Sales and Growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in various marketing initiatives, including creating marketing materials, ad pages, and collateral for the branch.

· Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Create and schedule engaging content to enhance our online presence.

· Website Management: Take ownership of the website's backend, maintaining the site, updating content, and developing new sections to promote and sell products.

· V Drive Organization: Work on organizing and maintaining the company Drive, ensuring files and documents are easily accessible and organized. Develop processes and procedures to efficiently manage the Company Drive.

· NetSuite Integration: Experience with NetSuite is a plus. Knowledge of NetSuite will be valuable in streamlining business operations.

· IT Support and Ticket Management: Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting common issues and facilitating the ticketing system for technical concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.

- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Website management skills, including the ability to work on the website's backend.

- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation and Hours

Basis for unit of salary/pay: Hourly

Rate: $18-27

Hours per week: 40 ****

Shift: Day 7:30AM- 4:00PM
