    Responsibilities:

    • MRP (e.g. raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, recertification, batch traceability)
    • Creating and daily reporting of deviations to KPI benchmarks and reasons to Supply Chain Manager
    • Ensuring and maintaining correct master data with SAP
    • Placing, scheduling and monitoring of purchase orders within the organization and with external vendors
    • Planning and ordering of consumables
    • Scheduling and monitoring oversea container to warehouses
    • Coordinating and monitoring of inventories
    • Scheduling of production, determining optimal batch sizes
    • Make or buy analysis under the aspect of logistical needs and P>C
    • Maintaining min/max amounts
    • Communication with Sales, Customer Service and Sales
    • Reduction of days inventory held
    • Reducing amount of expired materials
    • Ensuring on tme delivery (OTD)
    • Coordinating daily materials demands
    • 5s and lean management
    • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

    Role Requirements:

     

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
    • Experience with SAP software (preferred)
    • Experience with systems and procedures such as CIP, FMEA, etc preferred
    • Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
    • The position requires the ability to travel both domestically and internationally, including to countries and customers that may require proof of vaccination.
    • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

     

    Physical Demands:

     

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
    • Requires frequent walking, standing, heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.
    • Exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals.
    • This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
    • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
