Responsibilities:
- MRP (e.g. raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, recertification, batch traceability)
- Creating and daily reporting of deviations to KPI benchmarks and reasons to Supply Chain Manager
- Ensuring and maintaining correct master data with SAP
- Placing, scheduling and monitoring of purchase orders within the organization and with external vendors
- Planning and ordering of consumables
- Scheduling and monitoring oversea container to warehouses
- Coordinating and monitoring of inventories
- Scheduling of production, determining optimal batch sizes
- Make or buy analysis under the aspect of logistical needs and P>C
- Maintaining min/max amounts
- Communication with Sales, Customer Service and Sales
- Reduction of days inventory held
- Reducing amount of expired materials
- Ensuring on tme delivery (OTD)
- Coordinating daily materials demands
- 5s and lean management
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Role Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Experience with SAP software (preferred)
- Experience with systems and procedures such as CIP, FMEA, etc preferred
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- The position requires the ability to travel both domestically and internationally, including to countries and customers that may require proof of vaccination.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Requires frequent walking, standing, heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.
- Exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals.
- This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
