Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Materials Sourcing Assistant – Construction to support our construction projects by sourcing, pricing, and ordering materials.

This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping our jobs on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Source construction materials across all trades (lumber, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Contact suppliers for pricing, availability, and lead times

Compare pricing to ensure the best cost options

Place orders and coordinate deliveries to job sites

Track material orders and update the team on status

Build relationships with suppliers in NJ, PA, and the surrounding areas

Work closely with project managers and the field team

Requirements:

Experience in construction, supply houses, or material sourcing is preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills (phone + email)

Ability to work fast and stay organized

Familiar with vendors like Home Depot, Lowe’s, and local supply houses

Problem solver who can find materials quickly when issues come up

This is a remote position.
