Position Summary

Mathnasium of Gilbert is looking for an exceptional Math Instructor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students.

All applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Following hiring, the new team member is required to complete training in the Mathnasium Method™. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™

Help students build confidence and improve math skills

Track progress and support student learning goals

Collaborate with center staff and communicate as needed

Qualifications

Strong math skills (through Algebra; higher levels a plus)

Patient, engaging, and dependable

Tutoring or teaching experience preferred (training provided)

Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels
