This role sits at the front of the center and carries real responsibility for growth. We are looking for a confident, organized, results-driven professional who can maintain a polished customer experience, manage the front desk, and lead families from first inquiry to completed enrollment. You will own the experience families have when they walk through our doors and take charge of the sales process that drives new enrollments.

If you are uncomfortable discussing tuition, following up persistently with leads, or running a busy front desk, this role is not a good fit.

Core Responsibilities

Front-of-House Leadership

You are the face of the center

Greet families and students warmly upon arrival and departure

Maintain friendly structure and order in the front area

Ensure smooth transitions between sessions

Set the tone for professionalism and energy

Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging environment

Exceptional Customer Service & Communication

Respond promptly and professionally to existing family emails and phone calls

Assist the Center Director with student scheduling and session management

Help families navigate booking systems and policies

Resolve concerns with calm professionalism

Sales

Drive Enrollment & Growth

Manage and maintain the full sales pipeline

Respond quickly to all incoming leads (phone, web, email)

Confidently present program value and pricing

Follow up consistently until a clear yes or no is received

Contribute directly to revenue and profitability goals

Qualifications

Be available to work on-site Monday - Friday from 11am - 7pm

Sales or performance-based experience (required)

Stellar written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and detail-driven (seriously)

Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (required)

Strong math skills through Algebra I (preferred)

Eagerness to learn and be trained

Be a good human.

About Us Mathnasium is a Math Learning Center that teaches math in a way that makes sense to K-12 students. Our mission is to empower kids to gain confidence in their math knowledge and improve their overall math education.
