About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Math Learning Center Manager at Mathnasium in Charlotte, NC. As the leading math-only learning center in the country, we are dedicated to helping children excel in math and love learning.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center

Supervise and support a team of math instructors

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students

Conduct assessments and create customized learning plans for students

Communicate with parents about student progress

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, mathematics, or related field

Prior experience in education or management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for math education and helping students succeed

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
