Sylvan Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Math/Reading Teachers to work with elementary and middle school students in a supportive, personalized learning environment.

Responsibilities

Teach and support students in grades 1–8 in mathematics.

Deliver personalized instruction using Sylvan's proven curriculum.

Motivate students and create a positive learning experience.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback.

Collaborate with the Center Director and educational team.

Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of elementary and middle school mathematics.

Bachelor's degree preferred (Education, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field).

Teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with students of different learning levels.

Reliable, positive, and student-focused attitude.

Schedule

Part-time and flexible schedules available.

Afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours.

Additional opportunities available for SAT/ACT Math instructors.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications ($20-$23).
