    Position Overview: Atlanta Prep is seeking a One-on-One Math Teacher to provide individualized math instruction to students with diverse learning profiles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching math, skilled in differentiating instruction, and committed to helping students build confidence and mastery in math.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide individualized (1:1) math instruction tailored to each student’s academic level and learning style

    Develop and implement engaging, student-centered lesson plans

    Break down complex math concepts into manageable, accessible steps

    Collaborate with staff to support student goals

    Track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

    Maintain a structured, positive, and supportive learning environment

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field

    Strong understanding of foundational math concepts

    Ability to differentiate instruction and use creative teaching strategies

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed

    Preferred, but not Requried:

    Experience working with students with special needs (preferred)

    Background in special education or ABA environments (preferred)

    Experience with individualized instruction or tutoring (preferred)

    Exposure to or willingness to learn the Eureka Math curriculum (preferred)

    Schedule:

    Full-time, aligned with the school calendar (less than 200 working days/year)

    Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (shorter work day)

    Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
