Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead Math Educator to provide outstanding math instruction, mentor fellow instructors, and engage families in our center. This role blends leadership, communication, and teaching to ensure every student experiences measurable growth and confidence in math.
This position is ideal for current or retired teachers, parents, professionals with strong math backgrounds, or STEM students who want meaningful part-time work in a leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™.
Mentor and support other instructors to ensure high-quality instruction.
Conduct student assessments and oversee learning plans.
Communicate student progress and learning goals clearly to parents.
Support center operations, training, and community outreach events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong math proficiency through Algebra II or higher (Calculus a plus, not required).
Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to guide both students and staff.
Teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred (training provided).
Outgoing, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
Available to work consistent after-school and/or weekend hours.
