    We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic faculty team. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a strong mathematical foundation and a love for problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • ****Deliver engaging, age-appropriate mathematics lessons aligned with the preparatory school curriculum.
    • Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and inquiry-based learning.
    • Use a variety of teaching methods, including digital tools, manipulatives, and real-life applications to enhance understanding.
    • Monitor and evaluate student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression across year groups and subjects.
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
    • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, parent meetings, and ongoing professional development.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
    • Recognized teaching certification or qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, QTS).
    • Proven experience teaching mathematics at the preparatory or primary school level.
    • A solid understanding of child development and best practices in maths education.
    • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in the use of educational technology and digital learning platforms.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
