The Mather: Digital Marketing Specialist is an action oriented, analytical, creative, and self-motivated individual. They have a framework of tools, partners, and internal customers to manage. You are a part of a team ensuring our investment in marketing prospects and customers yields a great customer experience and drives business to Mather Economics.
This specialist is inquisitive, loves a challenge, feels empowered to act proactively, and believes in process. You will have direct support and access to Executive leadership inside Mather: as you begin your career with us. You need to have impact on the business with your work.
MATHER: INTERNAL OWNERSHIP:
- Leads outbound or inbound marketing activity and process management
- Responsible for B2B content development and optimization, design promotions, advertising
- Owns Mather: HubSpot CRM data management and internal customer engagement
- Data entry and resource loading including content creation and structuring in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and content maintenance in Content Management System (CMS) as needed
- Communications and design skills (assist with developing and creating digital and print, content creation, newsletters/email, Insights, social media campaigns)
- Owns content and change management of www.mathereconomics.com
- Limited to no coding experience required
- Working knowledge of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc. and market research methods
- Partners with Mather: external digital advertising partner (Sculpt)
- Manage digital ads including LinkedIn Ads and Google Search/Display Ads.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
- Provide recommendations on copy, design, and functionality improvements to ads, landing pages, forms, and emails.
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of key digital assets.
- Provide ongoing internal recommendations to help us deliver on key metrics and KPIs
- Supports leadership on ad-hoc content and creative requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Exposure to traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc. and market research methods
- Experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Web content management
- Expertise with MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
