Our Digital Consulting Practice is growing rapidly and we are looking for new team members who are passionate about harnessing the power of data analytics to drive actionable business and marketing decisions for our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills. You must work well independently and in a team environment and enjoy brainstorming in a group setting. Strong communication skills are a must, both written and verbal, along with the ability to gather and deliver synthesized information from a variety of sources under tight deadlines.
This role will work directly with clients to understand their specific challenges and goals, how their situation is similar to industry peers but also unique to their position in the industry. You will leverage our internal data and analytics to address their challenges and goals, prepare strategic insights and recommendations, and support implementation tactics utilizing our operational toolsets. Comfort working with large datasets, technical competence, and common Big Data tools will complement a strong strategic and client-oriented approach to the position. You will be challenged to think critically, drive new services and product innovation, and serve as a strategic partner to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aggregate, blend and harmonize structured and unstructured data from disparate sources
Work with client and digital consulting team to develop strategic recommendations
Translate raw data and reporting into practical insights and actionable tactics
Provide support to clients during onboarding and ongoing implementation
Validate ongoing data collection to ensure data integrity and consistency
Work with clients to continuously evaluate outcomes, update processes and identify areas of improvement
Leverage proprietary technology built in-house to support client revenue goals
Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and technical support teams to develop accurate and meaningful datasets to support strategic/tactical recommendations
Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to support client success
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
1-3 years experience with SQL or relational databases and comfort with analyzing large complex datasets; Hadoop, Hive, and Spark experience is a plus
1-3 years experience with statistical and analytical programming using Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, or similar tools
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with web design concepts, website tagging, digital data capture, and digital business models;
Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture/Adobe Analytics is a plus
Tableau experience a plus
This position works out of our headquarters in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta. This is a full-time, salaried position with full health benefits, 401K, paid vacation, and an annual bonus. Remote work is considered on a case-by-base basis and determined by experience/seniority.
