Responsibilities: Have an always learning mindset and grow with a supportive team Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria Offer top notch service to your clients by being readily available to advise and represent them Qualifications: Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels Organized and quick to respond Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented Knowledgeable of the local real estate market Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000
