Mathnasium of Stone Ridge, Mathnasium of Ashburn, and Mathnasium of Haymarket have immediate openings for Tutors and Assistant Center Directors. This position begins as an hourly position with the potential to move to salary for the right candidate.

Our proprietary Mathnasium Method is the result of 35 years of research. Every child is given a highly customized learning plan and workbook, based on very precise diagnostic tests. Curriculum and materials are pre-determined for each student and instructors will apply the teaching methods presented during training.

Strong people skills are a must for this position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Exceptional, demonstrable math skills through upper-level HS math
• Dynamic, engaging, and confident personality with a good sense of humor
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
• Patience and empathy

HOURS:

• Stone Ridge hours: M-TH 3-8, Fri 3-7, Sat 10:30-2, and Sun 2-5:30
• Ashburn hours: M-TH 3:30-8, Sat 10:30-2, and Sun 11:30-3
• Haymarket hours: M-TH 4-8, and Sat 11-3
