    Position Summary

    As an Assistant Director of a Children's Learning Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple learning centers within a designated region. District Managers are responsible for marketing, selling, and retaining customers. You will provide leadership and guidance to a team of instructors to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs for children while achieving business objectives. Our District Directors work closely with our leadership team, center staff, and families to create a positive and nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development.

    You Will

    Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple learning centers, ensuring compliance with safety, and quality standards. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement and achieve business goals. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Staff Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate center staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching. Develop and implement professional development plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of the center staff.

    Educational Management: Ensure that the educational programs offered at the learning centers align with established curricula and educational standards. Monitor and assess program quality, providing feedback and support to staff and instructors as needed. Collaborate with Center Directors to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of educational programs.

    Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and vendors. Address and resolve any parent concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with leadership and other regional managers to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures across all learning centers in the region.

    Payroll and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the financial performance of the learning centers in the region, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting. Analyze payroll, identify trends, and develop action plans to address any issues.

    Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all learning centers in the region comply with policies and procedures. Monitor and assess safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and risk management practices. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff.

    You Bring

    Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, STEM, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in the field of childhood education or related industry.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans for improvement.

    Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and leadership.

    Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Ability to travel within the region and occasionally to other locations as needed.

    All applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
