Math Learning Center - Sales and Marketing Manager

About Us Mathnasium is a Math Learning Center that teaches math in a way that makes sense to K-12 students. Our mission is to empower kids to gain confidence in their math knowledge and improve their overall math education. This an hourly pay + performance bonuses position.

Responsibilities (Sales)

Lead Generation using in-house tools and techniques.

Sell Mathnasium Program to potential customers/parents using a combination of e-mail, phone, and face-to-fate interaction.

Build relationships with schools, PTA and PTO organizations, and local school districts to provide supplemental educational services.

Responsibilities (Marketing)

Drive local awareness of Mathnasium offerings through market development initiatives.

Promote Mathnasium through collaborations, partnerships, events, media coverage, and PR.

Responsibilities (Customer Service)

Ensure that every customer, student, and family receive exceptional service throughout their journey at Mathnasium.

Manage Existing parent relationships by providing student progress reports, help with scheduling issues, etc.

Administer math assessments to diagnose learning gaps and create tailored learning plans for students.

Qualifications/Requirements

Be a good human.

Strong math fundamentals.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability (seriously).

2+ years of prior sales/customer service experience

Available to work Monday - Friday from 12am to 7pm.
