About Us Mathnasium is a Math Learning Center that teaches math in a way that makes sense to K-12 students. Our mission is to empower kids to gain confidence in their math knowledge and improve their overall math education. Salary is $40K/year + performance bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center

Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success

Sell Mathnasium Program to potential customers/parents using a combination of e-mail, phone, and face-to-fate interaction.

Drive local awareness of Mathnasium offerings through market development initiatives.

Promote Mathnasium through collaborations, partnerships, events, media coverage, and PR.

Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships

Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans

Provide amazing customer service by building relationships with families

Ensure that every customer, student, and family receive exceptional service throughout their journey at Mathnasium.

Lead, Motivate and Manage employees

Qualifications (yes, please look through these):

Eagerness to learn and be trained

Be a good human.

Strong math fundamentals at least through Algebra II

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability (seriously).

2+ years of prior sales/customer service experience

Available to work Monday - Friday from 12pm to 8pm.
