As a Lead Tutor / Instructor, you would:

Lead, coach, and work collaboratively to deliver individualized instruction

Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions

Communicate student progress with parents

Teach using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices

Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Assist with administrative and community outreach tasks as needed

Do you have:

strong math competency through at least Algebra I ?

the ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities?

We are currently hiring for our Cathedral Heights, Capitol Hill, and Kalorama / Dupont Circle centers in D.C. Lead Tutor compensation ranges from $18 to $20 hourly and Tutors range from $16 to $17.
