Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a team player with an outgoing personality who can work 2-3 days a week starting no later than 1:30pm. Hours are flexible but must be available no later than 1:30pm. This person would be responsible for opening the Mathnasium of Largo location and working closely with the manager to grow the business. Community Outreach Coordinator would also attend community and school events 1-2 days per month to help with brand awareness. Events include having a table, handing out flyers and explaining the Mathnasium program. We will train the right person.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Center Director in day to day operations, including opening the center daily at 3pm

Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students

Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress

Attend events in the community and local schools to build brand awareness

Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Passion for working with students

Available at least 1-4pm a few days of the week. (More hours available as desired)

Willing to attend weekend and evening events in the community

Excellent interpersonal and communication

Eagerness to learn and be trained

Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities

Motivated to find and attend events in the community and schools
