Mathnasium of Minnetonka, a math-only learning center, has several openings for math instructors to work with students in grades K - 12. Mathnasium Instructors teach math in a way that makes sense to the students, curriculum and materials are pre-determined for each student. Learning center environment is supportive and encouraging. Applicants should love teaching and be able to motivate students to succeed.

Required Qualifications: -Exceptional math skills through Algebra I & Geometry -Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills -Ability to professionally interact with students and parents -Energetic and confident personality

Preferred Qualifications: -Ability to teach students in upper-level high school math courses (Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, & Calculus) -Previous teaching/tutoring experience or other experience working with students

Hours may vary; most instructors work approximately 8 - 18 hours per week (flexible). Starting compensation is $10 - $15/hour. Instructors must have availability during the following times:

-School Year: Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday - 4:00 to 8 PM; Saturday - 10 AM to 1 PM
