Mathnasium of Southlake Texas is seeking an entrepreneurial, sales and customer service-oriented professional to take this already successful math learning center to the next level. Southlake is a high-income area of the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex and boasts the strongest school district in Texas. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a math-related field. Once the extensive Center Director training is complete, the candidate will assume total control of the center and will be charged with increasing the student count, managing staff, and will have P&L responsibilities. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, sales experience, great communication skills, strong math skills, a love of children, and a heart for customer service. In short, this job is as close to owning your own business as possible without investment or risk. There is a strong support team to lean on as the job is learned, and in-depth training is provided and required before taking the reins.

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
