About the Role:

As a Mathnasium Instructor, you will inspire and empower students to develop a love for math in a supportive and engaging environment. Join our dedicated team in Monument, CO, and help students achieve their academic goals through personalized learning and expert guidance.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students in math concepts and problem-solving.

Assess students’ understanding and tailor instructional methods to meet individual needs.

Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student engagement.

Utilize Mathnasium's unique teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning.

Monitor and document student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements:

Strong mathematical skills and a passion for teaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels.

Enthusiastic and patient demeanor with a focus on student success.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
