We are looking for an experienced senior attorney to help our clients achieve favorable outcomes with legal matters. You will advocate for clients, advise them on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan. You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a heavy caseload and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure a continued legacy of prosperity. Compensation- $120,000 - $300,000 (based on case settlements) Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration Qualifications: • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney • Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills • The ability to work independently while handling a heavy caseload Compensation: $120,000 - $300,000
