    You will be the initial point of contact for our customers through phone and email. Our customers will look to you for answering basic support questions. The customer service representative initiates contract review processes to ensure agreement with customer specifications.

    The customer service representative will also:

    • assist in updating pricing and costing
    • coordinate volume-pricing opportunities
    • review and analyze MRP requirements to assist in the determination of delivery dates and potential shortages
    • respond to customer inquiries related to: terms, pricing, delivery, etc.
    • maintain, reports and monitors requirements and agreements
