You’ve worked with educated, high-net-worth individuals and know how to navigate complex financial situations while keeping a clear focus on what matters to the client. You’re flexible, insightful, and confident in your ability to guide people toward thoughtful, sustainable resolutions. You’ll assist individuals with a variety of matrimonial and family issues, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and helping client with divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. We offer clients Collaborative Law, Mediation, Litigation and Negotiation services and all of our attorneys get training in these skills and modalities. Responsibilities: • Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action • Keep client files properly organized and up to date • Manage client files and strategy Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations • Candidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high. • Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience. • Mediation training and/or experience is a plus. Compensation: $130,000+
