A leading family law firm seeks an experienced Matrimonial Litigator to practice in all aspects of high-stakes matrimonial and divorce litigation. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, supervise litigation teams, and ensure the highest quality of legal services for clients. The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, inclusive of performance goals. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all phases of matrimonial and divorce litigation, including complex financial and custody matters. • Review case strategies and ensure best practices in case management. • Oversee client relationships, and pro bono case placement as needed. • Provide expert analysis and case management prior to and during litigation, including business valuation and asset division. • Coordinate with outside experts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and precedents. Qualifications: • 5+ years family law trial experience Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
