    DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

    We are seeking expert Florida based Sales Representatives to service and grow local accounts. We are looking for an individual familiar with the industry, possessing existing key account relationships and experience. Our salespeople are accomplished industry leaders and merchants who require nothing short of the best. We are a talented team seeking talented salespeople. This position is responsible for the management of client relationships, soliciting new customers, and developing growth strategies.

    TASKS:

    ·         Drive business growth through developing new customer relationships and expanding business with existing customers.

    ·         Assist executive team in developing sales strategies and entering new markets.

    ·         Develop key account relationships.

    ·         Lead organization and attend trade shows. Schedule sales meetings with attendees.

    ·         Collaborate with Art Department to create customer specific products.

    ·         Provide insight on market trends and opportunities.

    ·          

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Sales Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales and client management. Management & leadership experience is a plus.

    ·         Existing key account relationships and experience in Resort & Souvenir industry.

    ·         Ability to build strong, productive relationships with clients and internal teams.

    ·         Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

    ·         Ability to collaborate with clients to achieve marketing and business goals.

    ·         Must be able to work independently, accepting accountability for achieving defined goals and objectives.

    ·         Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

    ·         Experience with CRM software is a plus.

     

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    EST: 9AM – 5PM

    Remote position.

    This is a full-time opportunity, flexible hours.

    Pay: From $50,000.00 per year + Commission
