Role summary:

Contributes to all dimensions of an accounting and finance fast-paced, cross-functioning environment as a strong team member. Demonstrates high degree of flexibility, resourcefulness, automation, and analytical skills. Performs work at high level of complexity and importance in the General Accounting and Finance area. Performs work with a high degree of independence and takes initiative. Assists with the recording, analysis, and reporting of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General ledger transactions. Supports monthly P&L reviews for CFO and Board of Directors.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Assist with preparing reports and facilitating various needs throughout the Finance Department
• Assist with the monthly close processes
• Prepare, improve and automate various reporting
• Assist with recording purchase orders
• Assist with various Accounts Receivable reporting and deliverables
• Assist with billing, Accounts Receivable and accounts payable
• Assist CFO with preparing and monitoring of cash forecasts
• Help manage collections of outstanding account receivables
• Ensure accurate customer information is in the system according to company procedures
• Monitor and control adherence to purchasing guidelines and initiatives
• Calculate purchase order accrual
• Support with the preparation of monthly P&L reviews and board presentations

What you have:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance (with strong accounting skills)
• 1 year working experience including internships with exposure to the Key Responsibilities
