ABOUT THE ROLE
The PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL & OPERATIONS ANALYST is responsible for financial analysis, in-depth program evaluations, and offering guidance on how to manage the business more efficiently. Being able to apply both technical and analytical skills is key to the success in this position. Additional roles include preparing internal reporting and variance analysis; building and applying new methods of analysis/presentation; identification of cost-efficient alternatives; and preparing the annual budget development for the Operations Division. This is a cross functional role that interacts with numerous departments and functions to help streamline and systematize business processes and procedures. This position is available for a hybrid/flex work opportunity.
