As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their car buying journey, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing detailed product information and conducting test drives
- Present and negotiate pricing options, financing terms, and trade-in offers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and dealership promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
