    As a member of our team you will be responsible for:

    Learning and implementing our systems and protocols while embracing our mission of creating raving fans by helping our clients achieve their real estate goals worldwide.

    Coordinate with other Team Members in collaborative approaches in helping our clients achieve their goals.

    Creating new relationships by effectively communicating with potential clients and being able to identify their needs.

    Being punctual and fully present to maximize the training process.

    Having a solution oriented and learning mentality in order to grasp our different methods.

    You must possess:

    Exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone.

    Passion to become a future Real Estate Agent.

    Willingness to earn your Real Estate License quickly.

    Innovation and critical thinking abilities.

    Desire to satisfy clients with constant follow-up on either the Listing or Buying side of the transaction process.

    Energetic, accurate, analytical, and bottom-line oriented personality.

    Flexibility in schedule to work some nights and some weekends (schedule explained during first interview)
