    Realtor - With A Plan after NAR Changes in July With the NAR changes coming in July 2024, you need a company that will support you with seller-focused opportunities. That's what we offer at Matt O'Neill Real Estate. We spend hundreds of thousands per year on seller lead generation which produces hundreds of seller leads each week. We also have a team of inside sales agents who set appointments for our agents. Your job is to show up and sign the client. If you know how to convert sellers into signed clients and convert listings into ratified contracts, we want to talk with you. We are looking for people who are hard workers, who are not afraid of the phone, and who are looking to not just survive these NAR changes, but thrive in the new environment with us. Responsibilities: • Convert seller leads provided by the firm to grow your business • Consult with clients to discover their property "must have's" and then partner with them to find their ideal properties • Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage your schedule • Consistently provide world-class client service to buyers and sellers • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills • Have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and on a team Qualifications: • Must have an Active Real Estate license • Have 1+ Years of Real Estate experience with the ability to be a full-time real estate professional • Enjoy prospect for new business and working with company-provided leads daily • Display high energy, a positive attitude, and lots of passion • Be a fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels • Show a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and advice Compensation: $112,000+ Commission at plan
